Job description

Java Software Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and debugging new moderately complex software solutions or making enhancement to existing software in a maintenance capacity. Working on this position you should design and code complex applications using advanced technology. You will work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. You will be also responsible for resolving customer complaints with software and responding to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. You may assist in development of software technical documentation, create optimization programs to resolve problems and finally you may design and build prototype applications. Additionally you will cooperate with an European team located in Poland and Germany.

 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing Java applications.

• Excellent Object Oriented design and programming practices knowledge.

• Great Java SE programming skills.

• Experience with Java based web applications development including: JavaScript expertise, jQuery.

• Tomcat and Spring knowledge (Java Server Faces would be a big advantage).

• Web standards expertise (HTTP protocol, responsive design principles, experience with web pages loading optimization techniques).

• User level knowledge of UNIX/Linux.

• Excellent team work, ability to work in virtual teams.

• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology.

• Good English language skills written and verbal.

Additional requirements

• AngularJS is a plus.

• Hibernate knowledge, experience with SQL and Oracle.

• Unit testing experience.

• Jenkins, Maven.
