Project Manager/Scrum Master - Nr ref. (48/49), Gland (Szwajcaria)

We are looking for new member in our team in Switzerland - Project Manager/Scrum Master. Main responsibilities: managing projects in an Agile/Scrum environment and ensuring the team uses the agile methods and tools properly. You will also run daily SCRUM meetings, facilitating sprint planning, review meetings and sprint retrospective meetings. Project Manager/Scrum Master will coordinate different teams for a successful product delivery and participate actively in the architecture of the projects. Other responsibilities: contributing to the integration of the developments from the offshore team and reporting to the management on the offshoring team performance and project deliveries.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master;
• Graduated from a Master in Computer Sciences;
• Previous experience with Scrum projects;
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development;
• Strong Knowledge in Fullstack development;
• Database and SQL knowledge;
• TDD / BDD knowledge;
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate and Maven;
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills;
• Readiness to travel to our offshore providers when necessary.
