The person on this position will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting , debugging and assisting in problem solving in both development and production environments. Also he/she will develop and maintain tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release including: installation/packaging/deployment scripts, environment configuration scripts. Additionally will monitor, tune the system to achieve optimum performance and make systems more robust. Supporting the product operationally in an on-call rotation is significant part of duties. He/She will maintain and improve continuous integration/configuration management tools and processes control software version using various software configuration strategies. He/She will define and implement procedures for releasing products throughout the whole product life cycle. Moreover, System Engineer / Support Analyst will work with development teams to analyze, evaluate, design alternatives, implement process improvements.

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environment.
• Good skills in scripting: bash, Perl, etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems: Subversion, GIT etc.
• Understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Java build tools (Maven, Ant).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
