Agile Coach - Nr ref. (05/53) Kraków Job description We are looking for an Agile Coach that will help our Partner with transformation into Agile organization. On this position you will drive adoption of Agile mindset and engineering practices across the organization; provide training/workshops as needed and support for all Company Agile Communities. coach and develop Scrum Masters, Product Owners and whole engineering teams; assist Scrum teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes, ceremonies; serve as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes; regularly communicate with key stakeholders and management at all levels across the organization to manage, inform and influence engineering culture of company.
