We are looking for: Data Protection Analyst (Technical Writer) Main responsibilities: · Compile, maintain and proofread technical documentation & user manuals. · Provide installation documentation for updates and patches. · Ensure appropriate communication and prepare training material. · Develop, maintain and promote a documentation strategy to help identify the best way to spread information. · Communication, coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and peers worldwide. · Fill an active role in a global team. Key technical skills: · Track record of experienced knowledge of technical writing in an enterprise environment. · Excellent command in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus. · Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and a highly client oriented attitude. · Ability to analyse and understand complex systems and their dependencies. · Ability to act as a team player and work independently in a global enterprise. · Experience working in an international and highly complex environment with a high level of cultural awareness.
