On this position you will drive adoption of Agile mindset and engineering practices across the organization; provide training/workshops as needed and support for all Company Agile Communities. coach and develop Scrum Masters, Product Owners and whole engineering teams; assist Scrum teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes, ceremonies; serve as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes; regularly communicate with key stakeholders and management at all levels across the organization to manage, inform and influence engineering culture of company.
